About
My name is Matt.I run Multiversity Comics and help out at The Slurm Factory.
I love comics.
If you are curious about something that I've posted on my account or have a question about comics in general, please do not hesitate to ask me questions. I am an open book and very knowledgable on the subject of comic books. I'd be more than happy to entertain even your wildest of inquiries.
In case the anonymity of the tumblr Ask feature is not enough, you also have the option of a (newly created) formspring, if you prefer.

Image Comics puts out a lot of comics that we love, but one of my personal favorites of their releases - and arguably one of the most underrated runs of their line-up - is Chris and Shane Houghton’s Reed Gunther. This all-ages book combines some of our favorite things - cowboys, riding bears, catchphrases, monsters, humor - into one incredible package, and one that has frequently triggered me to compare it to Pixar’s films in its ability to entertain audiences both young and old.
Today at MC, we have a Reed Gunther contest for all of you readers out there. Leave a comment on this post with your favorite Pixar film and your email address before noon tomorrow (Janurary 20th Alaska Standard Time!), and you might just win yourself a Houghton Brothers signed copy of Reed Gunther’s first trade paperback. It’s a random drawing, so all you need to do is enter the once and you might win this great prize.
If you haven’t checked out Reed Gunther yet, the first issue is FREE on ComiXology!
Check back here tomorrow afternoon to see who the big winner is, and thanks to the Houghton brothers for working with us on this great contest!
