Dwight Schrute (from the Office) is sitting on a couch with Number Six (from Battlestar Galactica), who is cuddling up to him and clearly making it awkward for House (from House) and JD (from Scrubs) who are trying to discuss medicine while Liz Lemon (from 30 Rock) spills her wine over Jack and Vincent the Dog (from LOST) because Moose the dog (from Fraiser) chasing Salem Saberhagen (from Sabrina the Teenage Witch) ran in front of her. Behind her, Dr. Tobias Funke (from Arrested Development) watches River Tam (from Firefly) peer around the TV in order to watch the Doctor (from Doctor Who) use his sonic screwdriver to detect the meth levels of Walter White (from Breaking Bad) while Rick Grimes (from the Walking Dead) makes sure there are no zombies outside. At the same time, Sherlock Holmes (from Sherlock) spills wine on Dexter Morgan (from Dexter), assumedly as some sort of ploy to prove that Dexter is a murderer, since thats what Sherlock does.
Meanwhile, Barney Stinson (from How I Met Your Mother) fixes his tie while hanging out with Don Draper (from Mad Men) who is completely disinterested in Barney’s rendition of the Bro Code, while Quinn Fabrey (from Glee) flirts a bit with Jeff Winger (from Community), which is probably fairly inappropriate given their ages, with none of the aforementioned noticing that Buffy Summers (from Buffy the Vampire Slayer) is about to stake Bill (from True Blood), assumedly because they all dislike True Blood, as they should. In the background of all this, Sheldon Cooper (from the Big Bang Theory) is mesmerized in meeting his idol, Dr. Spock (from Star Trek) while Chuck Bartowski (from Chuck) flirts with Sydney Bristow (from Alias).
Oh, and the TARDIS, Serenity, the USS Enterprise and the battlestar Galactica are all neatly parked outside, assumedly floating in orbit.
I think that just about sums it up.
